TJ Remec is a Doctor of Audiology. TJ is originally from Thornton, IL and moved to Elmhurst, IL in 2016. He received his BS from Purdue University and Doctorate from Ball State University. He began working in the hearing industry in 2014 and was drawn to the profession because with experience, cutting edge technology, and patience we can help people connect with their passions.
What TJ loves most about saving hearing lives is helping people laugh with their friends and family again. TJ strives to help everyone in his office hear the best they possible can.
Outside of saving hearing lives. TJ loves spending time with his wife and daughter, playing board games, and gardening.
Arshiya Mohammed
Patient Care Coordinator
Arshiya Mohammed is originally from Chicago, IL. She attended Harper and Waubonsee college and started working at Hearing Lab in September 2023. Arshiya began working in the hearing industry in 2022 and was drawn to the profession because she wants to help older people and anyone else who has hearing loss. Arshiya is passionate about improving their quality of life by providing the best possible care and support. She believes that everyone deserves to hear the world around them clearly. What Arshiya loves most about saving hearing lives is seeing the joy and relief on a patient’s face when they can hear clearly again is incredibly rewarding. She finds it fulfilling to know that her provider helps people reconnect with their loved ones and the world around them, enhancing their overall quality of life, and it motivates her to provide the best care and service possible. As a Patient Care Coordinator, she strives to ensure that every patient receives exceptional care and support. Her focus is on creating a welcoming and efficient environment where patients feel valued and heard. She works diligently to coordinate appointments, manage patient records, and facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for everyone involved. Outside of saving hearing lives, Arshiya loves cooking, playing table tennis, basketball with her boys, going on walks with family.
